      A Grilled fresh farm raised tilapia fillet, placed on a bed of Spanish rice, grilled veggies and finished off with a roasted chipotle and crab meat cream sauce.

      Two twin 4 oz beef tenderloin medallions smothered with Louisiana crawfish, roasted poblano peppers and a Central American stuffing, crowned with Louisiana crawfish and an ancho pepper jack and cheddar cheese sauce served with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies.

      Flank steak over onions, fajita style, topped with two cheese enchiladas, grilled green onions and tomatoes, served with Fajita set up.

    • Fajita Relleno

      Poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, wrapped with a juicy flank steak, then topped with roasted red bell pepper sauce. Served with Spanish rice and grilled veggies.

    • Pollo por Fuego

      Grilled chicken breast topped with grilled onions, ancho poblano peppers, sautéed mushrooms, and finished with twin sauces, roasted poblano and roasted red pepper cream sauce. Served with Spanish rice.

      Chicken breast stuffed with poblano pepper and cheese, then glazed with roasted green pepper sauce. Served with Spanish rice and black bean salsa.
